Client – Big Issue / YCN

Sector – Social Business

The brief for this competition was to redesign the typographic identity for The Big Issue. This included designing a new typeface and showing how the type would be applied to the logo, sellers and merchandise. The typeface I designed was called Universal Issue and is based on the typography found on road signs with an extra curved influence to show to show a turning point. Application of this type case was displayed across bags and red jackets to create a visual identity based on a typeface.
