A Little closer to home, some times we can miss the beauty of the familiar. The Bradgate estate was home to Lady Jane Grey and the Grey family and is stunning in terms of its scenery, ruins and views of Leicester. Complete with free roaming herds of deer, this rocky hill sits proud in a relatively flat surrounding. The area is a Leicestershire treasure and a nice place to enjoy a peaceful walk whilst admiring the surroundings.

Old John sits on top of the tallest hill in the park and is an iconic landmark.

The landscape is covered in large rock formations which give the area its rugged charm.

Views of the city can be seen from the hills in the park.
