2016 has been one of the most successful years In Leicester City Football Clubs history. Seeing them rise to the top of the Premiership placing Leicester firmly on the map and becoming one of the most talked about teams of the year. Luckily for me I managed to attend more matches that season than I had managed to in along time.

One of the stand out observations I made during these games was the patterns created on a massive scale in the grass on the pitch. Below are a few pictures taken pre match, fair play to the King Power Stadium ground team for these achievements and congratulations LCFC!
